        NitBani is built with a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. This application does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal user data.

The Application does not require user registration, account creation, or any form of login. We do not collect "Personal Information" such as:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Precise or coarse geographic location data.
Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID).
Contacts, photos, or files stored on your device.

2. Technical Architecture & Permissions

NitBani may require an active internet connection to stream audio or fetch scripture content. This connection is used solely for real-time content delivery. No data from these sessions is logged or stored by the developer.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application is distributed via the Google Play Store. While the Application itself does not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob), Google Play Services may collect certain automated information for system-level updates and security. This data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security & Encryption

Because no user data is collected or stored, there is no risk of your personal data being compromised through this Application. All network requests for content delivery are performed over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS).

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

NitBani does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The Application provides religious and educational content suitable for all ages. As no data collection occurs, the app is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

6. International Compliance (GDPR / CCPA)

We respect international privacy standards. Under regulations like the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act):

Right to Access/Delete: Since we do not collect data, we do not hold any information for you to access or delete.
